“Civic Influence Hub” in its first Round Table with figures committed to the National Causes and Academics deep research in the Constitution, the State and Conviviality

In the framework of the national initiative events, the “Civic Influence Hub” launched on June 28, 2016 its first round table entitled: “the Constitution, the State and Conviviality” in which participated figures committed to the national affairs and CIH board of Trustees members and Administration. The round table began with the Lebanese national anthem and a minute of silence for the Lebanese martyrs.
The discussions focused on the deadlock that the Lebanese are living in when it comes to the Constitution, the State and Conviviality, amid the regional turmoil. They also pointed out the priority of clarifying the issues related to structural failures and to creating a road map for change.

In the framework of the national initiative / open discussions and round tables, the Civic Influence Hub (CIH) organized a dialogic Iftar in Four Seasons Hotel on Monday 27/06/2016, in which participated a large number of effective figures of the civil society, such as movements, economic stakeholders, syndicates, universities, municipalities unions, media, religious figures, prominent judges, high level officers from the Lebanese Army, the Internal Security Forces and the General Directorate of State Security as well as CIH board of Trustees members and Administration.

The O Club and CIH Lebanon worked together in the 5th Bikers Rally Paper that had “Water” as its theme. 80 bikers passed in the CIH station in Gemmayzeh to have quick refreshments as well as to watch a presentation about CIH’s Blue Gold 5 Year Plan. Before proceeding to the Rally, the bikers answered the Blue Gold questionnaire and voted for the plan.
